REGISTRY CLOSURE The Southport Courthouse will be closed on and from Wednesday, 25 December 2024 to and including Friday, 3 January 2025. These days have been designated as Court holidays pursuant to District Court PD 5 of 2024 and Magistrates Court PD 1 of 2024. The Registry will close at 4:30pm on Tuesday, 24 December 2024. The Registrar and registry staff extend Seasons Greetings to you and your family. We hope you have an enjoyable Christmas and a safe, happy, and prosperous New Year.

JURY INFORMATION

Jury sittings for 2024 have now finished. The first jury service period for 2025 commences on the 27TH JANUARY, 2025. Please contact the registry on 1300 516 700 during office hours if you would like any further information about jury service or visit the Queensland Courts website.
